Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account? Download One-Line Journal from the App Store and sign up using your email address.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do? Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. If issues persist, contact us at support@one-line-journal.com.

How do I reset my password? Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

Journal Entries

How do I delete a journal entry? Open the entry you want to delete, tap the options menu, and select "Delete Entry."

Notifications

How do I enable or disable daily reminders? Go to Settings → Notifications and toggle "Daily Reminder" on or off. You can also customize the reminder time.

I'm not receiving notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings:

iOS: Settings → Notifications → One-Line Journal → Allow Notifications

Data & Privacy

How do I delete my account and data? Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including journal entries.

Where is my data stored? Your data is securely stored in the cloud with encryption at rest and in transit.

Technical Issues

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
Try restarting the app
Restart your device

My entries aren't syncing across devices.

Ensure you're logged into the same account on all devices
Check your internet connection
Try force-closing and reopening the app
